Leader: (address the children) I want everyone to close their eyes and imagine with me for a moment. What we are
            going to imagine might be a little scary, so we need to be brave. I know you can do it. Everybody take a deep
            breath and close their eyes. Imagine that people everywhere, especially your friends, and the kids in your school
            are very sick and dying all around you. Imagine that you have in your hand, a jar full of medicine, and this
            medicine can save them with just one single drop. This medicine is the cure to whatever it is that is making
            them sick and causing them to die. It is your job to get this medicine to as many people as your possibly can as
            quickly as you can. The cool thing about this medicine is that it never runs out. No matter how much you spill
            from the jar, no matter how much you pour on somebody else, you will never run out. You always have an
            endless supply. Every time you save somebody with this medicine, they get up, and a jar of medicine appears in
            their hand too, and they begin saving people with their jar, and everyone they help starts saving people, and
            everyone they help, and everyone they help, and before you know it, there is a great big bunch of people
            helping to save the sick people. Why? All because of you.

Leader: (address the children) Go ahead and open your eyes. If people were dying around you and you had a jar of
            medicine that would save them, I know each and every one of you would make sure that you would do all that
            you could to give that medicine to as many people as you could. Especially if you had a never ending supply.
            You would be giving the medicine to everyone.

Puppet: (enter) YUCK!

Leader: Excuse me?

Puppet: Oh, I’m sorry. But I heard you talking about medicine and I hate it. Yuck! Yuck! It always tastes bad, like…
             like… well… it tastes like medicine. Grrr osss!

Leader: We are talking about a cure that will save everyone.

Puppet: Jesus is The Cure!

Leader: That’s right! Jesus is The Cure!

Puppet: Did you know that people all around us are dying and they don’t even know it?

Leader: Yes. That is what we are talking about today.

Puppet: The Bible says that sin brings death, but through Jesus we can have eternal Life.

Leader: Yes, and the people that don’t know Jesus are dying, they are heading down a path that leads straight to eternal
            death.

Puppet: Eternal means forever and ever and it never ends. People that don’t accept Jesus will go to hell forever and
            forever and ever.

Leader: Yes, but the people that accept Jesus will go to heaven forever and ever!

Puppet: That’s where I’m going! I got Jesus in my heart. I know that he died for all my sins on that cross because he
             loves me so much. I prayed for him to come into my heart, and now I serve him by trying to be the best
             Christian I can be and telling everyone I can about Jesus. That is the job of every Christian. If we don’t tell
             people about Jesus, they could suffer an eternal death forever in you know where.

Leader: That is right, we have to tell everyone that we can about Jesus. That is the job of every Christian.

Puppet: Yep, it don’t matter how old you are. God wants you telling others that Jesus loves them so much that he died
            on the cross for their sins and the one and only way to get to heaven is by accepting Jesus.

Leader: You are absolutely right Puppet. All people have to do is pray and ask him into their heart in their own words,
             and Jesus will come into their heart and save them from their sins.

Puppet: It’s not always easy, and not everyone you tell accepts Jesus right away, but God is happy with you because
            you did your job by telling them. It is up to them if they accept him or not. Sometimes they do not accept Jesus
            right away, but later in life, they remember what you told them and they accept Jesus when you are not around.
           Your job is to make sure they know the truth. If you tell them, God will take care of the rest.

Leader: Wow Puppet! You sure are smart for a puppet.

Puppet: Hey, who you calling a puppet?

Leader: Oh, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to upset you.

Puppet: I’m sensitive.

Leader: I’ll keep that in mind.

Puppet: And you guys should keep it in mind that it is your job to tell others about Jesus. People are dying all around you,
            and most don’t even know it. Jesus can save them, and it is up to you to make sue they know about Jesus. I am
            soooo glad I got to see you all! I really got to go. I have to go and tell people about Jesus. I’m off to save the
            world! BYEEEEE! (exits!)

Leader: Wow! He really was a smart puppet!

Puppet: (from behind the stage) I heard that!

Leader: I mean kid. He is a smart kid!

Puppet: (from behind the stage) Thank you!

Leader: Don’t mention it.

Talk about the Great Commission, and pray with the children. Ask God to fill them with his Holy Spirit, and give them the power, the courage, and the boldness to be mighty witnesses that care only about serving and pleasing God.
